Panna Dhai Maa Subharti Nursing College established itself among one of the best nursing colleges in U.P state, while we look back from 2008 to till date. This has been a period of transformation, innovation, and tremendous growth for the College. The College was given the power of independent faculty of nursing by Swami Vivekanand Subharti University in 2013.

Innovation in teaching
From two courses in 2008(GNM & B.Sc(N), at present almost all nursing courses are run by us including M.Sc(N), B.Sc (N), Post B.Sc(N), GNM, ANM & NPCC. We are the first private college in UP state to get 100 seats in GNM and first college in Meerut to run course in Nurse practitioner and one of the few colleges which run the course in entire India.
First UP State chapter of Society of Midwives, India (SOMI) was opened in Panna Dhai Maa Subharti Nursing College in 2016.
MoU was signed in 2016 with Jhpeigo & Dakshata (ToT) program was organized, the first of its kind in private sector by Jhpeigo.
Students are admitted through SNET (Subharti National Eligibility Test) & a proper Teacher Student Ratio (1:10) is maintained throughout these years. Diversity of students is another key factor as we have students from many states of India (Kerala, Delhi, Punjab, West Bengal, Haryana, etc) and also from foreign countries like Bhutan.
Student enrichment programmes: like seminars conferences, workshops, guest lectures etc are organized yearly and education tour to various agencies/areas like INC, TNAI, Milk dairy, old age homes etc. Numerous renowned professionals like Dr. Rathi Balachandran, Add. Director General in Nursing, MHFW, Prof. Bandana Bhattacharya, Dr. Kapil (Jhpeigo), Dr. Tung Vir Arya (LLRM), Dr. Deepika Khaka (AIIMS) etc. visited the college for delivering valuable lectures to students. Extension activities like blood donation, health awareness campaign etc. are organized in hospital and community areas on the occasion of all world health related days like World TB day, Cancer Day, AIDS day etc. In Collaboration with IAPH, skill training on triage was organized in 2018, which was first in UP state by IAPH.

Students won various prizes at MTNL Health Mela organized by IMA, New Delhi, and also at SNA meet held over the years. Student won Best poster on oncology nursing at Rajeev Gandhi hospital, New Delhi 2014.
At International summit on air pollution organized by Indian Medical Association along with CAMMO at Delhi on March 2017, our students presented a model on Air Pollution which was one of the most prestigious moments.
The college is having alumni of approx. 1288, with many of our prestigious alumni working in State & Central government institutions and also in countries like USA, UK, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait etc. Alumni meet (Reminiscence) was conducted twice during this period.
Placement drive is conducted every year by reputed institutions like Jaypee Hospital, Noida, Fortis-Escorts, Max Hospital, New Delhi etc.
In the past years our focus was on the innovative methods and as a result, we have introduced Virtual Class and live classes for students and to add on, a skill training certification programme on PPIUCD was also organized in collaboration with Hindustan Latex Ltd in 2016, which was done for the first time in a private college in UP state.
