Panna Dhai Maa Subharti Nursing College, established in January 2000, stands as a pioneer in nursing education in Western Uttar Pradesh. The college started with a General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) program, recognizing the legacy of Panna Dhai Maa, a veterinarian who heroically sacrificed her son to save the life of a Rajasthan prince. In 2008, the institution introduced a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Nursing program under the auspices of Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, expanding its educational offerings. To address the growing demand for skilled professional nurse leaders and educators, the college launched a Post Basic B.Sc. (N) in the year 2009 and post-graduate degree program Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Nursing with five specialties in 2011. Further enhancing its curriculum, the college introduced a Nurse Practitioner in Critical Care program in 2017, also under Swami Vivekanand Subharti University. Through these initiatives, Panna Dhai Maa Subharti Nursing College continues to contribute significantly to the field of nursing education and healthcare services in the region.
