Department of Chemistry
The Department of Chemistry at Keral Verma Subharti College of Science is committed to encouraging excellence in education, research, and innovation. Our objective is to create a vibrant and supportive atmosphere in which students may investigate the wonderful world of chemistry and get a thorough grasp of its principles and applications. In our department, we are offering courses as per NEP B.Sc. Chemistry.
Our Department has highly trained and talented academic members who are enthusiastic about teaching and research. They contribute their experience to the classroom and mentor students in organic, inorganic, physical, analytical, and interdisciplinary chemistry. Our academic members are actively involved in cutting-edge research, cooperating with national and international partners, and contributing to scientific knowledge growth.
The resources enable our students to obtain hands-on experience and undertake experiments that increase their understanding of chemical processes. We encourage our students to actively participate in research projects, internships, and industry collaborations, giving them significant opportunity to apply their knowledge in real-world contexts.
The faculties lay emphasis on student holistic growth through communication skills development, critical thinking and other promoting the co-curricular activities. Besides the academics, Department of Chemistry fosters a lively community through variety of co-curricular activities, clubs, and organizations. These activities promote cooperation, leadership, and a feeling of community among kids. We also host seminars, conferences, and guest lectures with world-renowned scientists and professionals, offering a forum for intellectual exchange and networking.
