Scope of Work

The firm shall be required to undertake the following tasks:

• Conduct data analytics of Social Audit data of Uttar Pradesh in18 districts.

1. 1. Prepare 18 district-wise analytical reportsandone compiled and consolidated analytical reportcovering all districts.

• Each district-wise and consolidated report must include analytics under the following five categories:

1. 1. 1. Social Audit of Primary Schools
      2. Social Audit of Upper Primary Schools
      3. Social Audit of Composite Schools
      4. Social Audit of KGBV Schools
      5. Compiled and consolidated analytics of all the above categories
   2. Analytics should, wherever applicable, include disaggregated analysis by categories such as boys and girls, rural and urban, and other relevant variables.
   3. All reports must include visual analyticssuch as dashboards, bar charts, pie charts, pillar charts, etc.

• The visuals/dashboards shall also be provided in presentation format.

1. All reports and presentations must be submitted in editable/open file formats.

Timeline

2.1 The assignment must be completed and all deliverables submitted on or before 20 October 2025.

Financial Terms

• Interested firms must submit a financial quote indicating cost per district.

1. Payment shall be released only after successful completion and submission of all deliverables, including the consolidated report, to the satisfaction of the competent authority.

Confidentiality

• The selected firm shall be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

1. All data, analytics, and reports shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be shared with any third party, individual, or published in the public domain.
2. The firm shall ensure secure handling and storage of all data and reports throughout the assignment period

Deliverables

1. 18 district-wise Social Audit analytical reports (editable/open format).
2. One (1) compiled and consolidated analytical report covering all 18 districts (editable/open format).

Eligibility & Submission

Interested firms are requested to submit their Letter of Interest (LoI) along with:

1. Organizational profile
2. Relevant experience in data analytics and report preparation (preferably in education/social sector)

• • Proposed methodology and work plan 
• Financial quote indicating cost per district
