The technical expertise with theoretical knowledge is making healthcare professionals indispensable for any healthcare facility. Our success, over many years, has been the result of the quality of our teaching, support staff and excellent infrastructure. We are sure that the students will find the SCAH extremely beneficial for enhancing their professional skill and rising on the ladder of career advancement. Therefore, the main aim of our SCAH is to train the students in such a way that they apply their knowledge and skill in diagnostic as well therapeutic medicine.
The Subharti College of Allied and Healthcare, a constituent College of Faculty of Allied and Health Sciences, Meerut is well with all facilities required for teaching, training, learning & laboratory activities. At present, it is headed by Dr. Pankaj Kishor Mishra Ph. D in Biochemistry. He possesses vast experience of research and teaching. The other faculty members, highly qualified and experienced, are employed on a full time basis.
Chhatrapati Shivaji Subharti Hospital. The teaching hospital of Subharti Medical College, and Subharti College of Allied and Healthcare is accredited by NABH, has many super specialty departments. It is equipped with over 1000 beds, 24 Operating Suites, state of art 7 ICUs and modern Accident & Emergency Service Department. The Central Laboratory, accredited by NABL has advanced equipments & machines and provides excellent opportunities to students of Allied and Healthcare stream for training. The SCAH offers Doctoral programs in Medical Laboratory Technology and Medical Imaging Technology, Postgraduate programs in Medical Laboratory and Radio- Imaging Technology, The Undergraduate programs in the field of Medical Laboratory, Radio-Imaging, Operation Theatre, Operation Theatre (Honors Anesthesiology) and in Optometry form the premium group of programs much sought after. Besides PG and UG programs, Diploma programs in MLT, X-Ray, Optometry, CT-Scan and Operation Theatre are also being conducted. Many of the students have got placement in Government, corporate and private hospitals besides diagnostic and clinical laboratories within India and abroad.
