Training & Placement is on top of the agenda at the campus for all. The entire gamut of academic activities is oriented to provide the best possible placement to the students in leading corporate houses/MNCs in Delhi-NCR as well as in other parts of India and overseas SWAMI VIVEKANAND SUBHARTI UNIVERSITY has established a dedicated Training & Placement Department for enhancing the exposure of the students to the corporate world and to act as an interface between the University and the Industry.

The mission of the Training and Placement Department is to achieve maximum placements for students through dedication, attitude and complete involvement. The Training &Placement department holds the objective of acquainting the students of the University with Industries.

Swami Vivekanand Subharti University has been consistently striving to provide the best quality placements to all the students by the concerted efforts of the members of the placement committee, faculty members as well as alumni. The motto of placement department is to get each student placed in a company, where they can prove their ability to be a leader.

The Placement department organizes and extends services towards collaborative placement activities. The department conducts training activities for the final year students mainly focusing on Industrial Visits, Management Development Programmes, Personality Development Framework, Pre-Placement Counseling, Group Discussion followed by Interview Skills Development Sessions, Career Guidance. Continuous interaction of the department with the industries also helps in achieving the above goals & motivating students to contribute in this direction.

The activities of the department include collecting the database of the students and compiling them for use when needed. The Training & Placement Department organizes training programmes, seminars and meetings to encourage the students to plan their future.

Apart from the campus recruitment programme in Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, the students were also encouraged to participate in online registration for firms and to attend the job fairs and off-campus programmes conducted at various institutions.

There was an overwhelming increase in the number of new recruiters this placement season. Their interest in collaborating with Swami Vivekanand Subharti University is an indication of the diversity and robust curriculum that Swami Vivekanand Subharti University is built upon.
