It helps to train students in Guest Reservation, Reception and Billing by Role Play & Mock sessions. There is focus on building a face to face interaction with guests. It boosts the student’s confidence and strengthens the vital ability to learn and develop hospitality service orientation.
The mock-housekeeping laboratory is equipped with modern equipment which enables students to get the required practical training.
There is a model guest suite, created for housekeeping training. This Demo guest room is furnished with furniture and fixtures, guest linen and other amenities. The room is well laid out to simulate the reality of a star hotel room.
To impart training in baking and confectionery with the help of the latest types of ovens and confectionery equipment. A hot kitchen aids in the grooming of students into skilled bakers, confectionery artists and pastry chefs.
For the training of students in Food and Beverage preparations which are served in the multi-cuisine training restaurant during the practical sessions. Our Lab is equipped with combo cooking ranges, ovens, grillers, Tandoor. All the equipment required for International cuisine such as Continental, Chinese, Japanese and Indian cuisine are also present.
The training Restaurant helps students to enhance their food & beverage service skills. It operates 20 covers and also has a Training Bar to facilitate beverage practical experience.
Institute has an exclusive Conference Room for an effective and efficient use of the latest AV tools. Students are encouraged to develop analytical presentation skills and confidence. The conference room is equipped with all the audio & visual aids such as LCD projectors, OHP, Amplifier with speaker & Wi-fi.
The first hotel Management institute to set up a well equipped studio kitchen for live exposure of the students. The industry icons exhibit their expertise to the students live, by demonstration of international cuisine. The faculty & students have also prepared TV shows which have been aired.
Knowledge of computers is a must in today’s world. The students are provided with an air-conditioned computer lab with internet facility, for computing projects & other assignments.
