Dean’s message
Swami Vivekanand Subharti University continues to strengthen its position as a centre of excellence for interdisciplinary, applied, and socially responsive research. Our research initiatives are supported through grants and projects from leading national agencies such as the Indian Council of Medical Sciences (ICMS), Department of Science & Technology (DST), Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), Ministry of AYUSH, National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), and National Commission for Women (NCW), complemented by robust industry–academia collaborations.
At the international level, the University actively planning to align its research priorities to funding opportunities and collaborative frameworks supported by bodies from both developing and developed regions, including WHO, UNICEF, UNDP, UNESCO, and South–South cooperation platforms, as well as institutions and funding ecosystems linked to European Union research programmes, UK Research and Innovation (UKRI), National Institutes of Health (NIH–USA), and international foundations supporting innovation and public policy research. For the same recruitment and talent hunt is in process.
Looking ahead, Subharti University is strategically enhancing its research infrastructure and faculty capacity to secure future funding from premier agencies such as DRDO, Central Board of Trustees (CBT), Central Drug Research Institute (CDRI), Uttar Pradesh Council of Science & Technology (UPCST), and other national and international government bodies. Our future roadmap prioritizes translational research, technology development, public health, social justice, sustainability, and policy-oriented studies, aligned with national priorities and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Through ethical research practices, global collaboration, and innovation-driven inquiry, Subharti University remains committed to transforming knowledge into meaningful societal impact and contributing to nation-building and global welfare.
