TRAINING AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT

The Employability Enhancement Programme offered by the Training Team is a comprehensive initiative aimed at preparing students for success in the corporate world. The programme focuses on various multidimensional areas to equip students with the necessary skills and attributes to excel both as professionals and as individuals.

The training programme is offered from the first year in an organized manner, together with the course material, to improve the students' employability skills. The first year's curriculum focuses on developing students' basic communication skills through activities that inspire them to become more confident speakers and presenters. When these students finish their programme, they are qualified to pass the selection procedures of prestigious corporations that come to the University Campus Recruitment and off-campus interviews. The training team gives counsel and supports the students to prepare for various competitive exams and job interviews.

Pre-final and final-year students are provided additional grooming through an exclusive programme that includes structured sessions, workshops, and one-on-one interaction on the recruitment process, allowing them to not only acquire their desired job but also smoothly blend into the corporate world.

The training programme emphasizes quantitative and verbal competence throughout the final year. Mock interviews and group discussions are held on a regular basis. During their final year, students receive additional training during their vacations and before they face job interviews.

Training programmes not only prepare students for successful careers but also help them become well-rounded individuals with strong interpersonal and communication skills. As a result, they can stand out in a competitive job market and contribute effectively to their chosen fields.
