Swami Vivekanand Subharti University (SVSU) is conducting Subharti-National Eligibility Test (SNET) for applicants with minimum eligibility for all Non-medical and Para-medical courses to provide a gateway to students for admission in all its programmes.

Online test namely Subharti-National Eligibility Test (SNET) shall be conducted as per schedule mentioned in the menu ‘IMPORTANT DATES’.

How to Apply

Nationality


All applicants for SNET must be the resident of India.

Eligibility Criteria in the Qualifying Examination


Applicants appearing for SNET must have passed or must be appearing in qualifying examination in the year and declared passed from recognized Council or any other apex body of the nation.

Candidate should have attained 17 years of age by 31 December of the year of admission i.e. .

Duration


The test duration is 45 minutes and consists of 60 multiple choice questions (MCQ) of the objective type.

Online Application


Applicant must keep ready the following:
- Scanned passport size color photograph.
- Scanned signature.

Fill-up the online application form properly and Complete the application form along with photograph, signature and above Unique generated ID.

Pay 1500/- through online payment gateway, when prompted, after clicking Save and Proceed.

Press Submit Make online payment, when prompted and do Save the copy of completed application form for future reference.

Online Application: (without University Prospectus)

Applicant can also apply for SNET by using the following method, in which No Internet Banking facility is required.

Visit the University website www.subharti.org and fill the application form by clicking the provided link and take a printout of the completed application on A4 size paper.

Complete the application form along with photograph, signature and above Unique generated ID.

Paste a recent passport size color photograph along-with signature of Applicant and send in a sealed envelope to the address given below:
“Central Admission Cell (SNET ) Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Subhartipuram, NH-58, Delhi-Haridwar Meerut Bypass Road, Meerut 205005, Uttar Pradesh.”

Enclose a demand draft for 1550/-( Application Fee + Registration Fee + Postal charges) drawn in favour of Swami Vivekanand Subharti University Payable at Meerut.

Name of the applicant along with the Unique ID of Online Form of SNET , should be written on the back of the demand draft for future reference.

Manual Application: (with University Prospectus)


SNET Applicant may obtain Prospectus from the Central Admission Cell, University Campus on payment of Rs.1500/- by Cash or DD in favor of Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut.

The application form attached with the prospectus, is to be filled as per instruction, and a recent passport size colored photograph pasted on same. The duly filled Form is to be sent by Speed Post /Registered Post/Courier/By Hand to the address given below:

“The Central Admission Cell (SNET ), Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Subhartipuram, NH-58, Delhi-Haridwar Meerut Bypass Road, Meerut 205005, Uttar Pradesh.”

Note: 1. The Generated Unique ID must be kept in custody as the same is required and to be used as Username and Password by the applicant for appearing in Online Examination SNET 2020.

2. All our correspondence concerning SNET and issue of e-Hall Ticket, User Name + Password etc. must be through email only. Therefore, the applicants are requested to provide their current and valid email id with mobile number for further contact.

Incomplete Application


Incomplete application forms or not accompanied by the required information and/or fee are likely to be rejected. SVSU does not take any responsibility to inform such applicants. Such applicants will not be able to appear SNET .
All applicants are hereby advised to ensure that their application forms must be duly filled in all respect and dispatched along with other enclosures.

E-Hall Tickets


Process for downloading the e-hall ticket:

For the Applicants who booked their test slot themselves: The e-hall ticket will be generated immediately after the applicant has booked the schedule through the online test booking system.

For the Applicants whose test slot is being booked by the University: As already mentioned that test slot will be booked within 48 hours of the receiving the application form, so the e-hall ticket will be made available at www.subharti.org

Applicant should provide the username and online test booking password to download the e-hall ticket. The copy of the e-hall ticket will also be emailed to the applicant. Applicants must provide valid email ID in the application form.

The e-hall ticket will indicate the e-hall ticket number, address of the test centre, test date & time allotted to the applicant. Discrepancies, if any, must be brought to our notice immediately at admission@subharti.org

The e-hall ticket will NOT be dispatched to applicants via post or fax.
Applicants should ensure that a printer is connected to their computer while printing the e-hall ticket. Applicants should take two print outs of the e-hall ticket using the print option on A4 size paper only. Please ensure that all information on the e-hall ticket including photograph is clearly visible on the print out.

No applicant will be permitted to appear for the test without a valid e-hall ticket.
The applicants must not mutilate the e-hall ticket or change any entry made therein after it has been authenticated and received by them. The e-hall ticket is not transferable to any other person. Impersonation is a legally punishable offence.

The e-hall ticket is an important document; it must be preserved and produced at the time of admission also.

Report to the selected test centre with the two copies of the e-hall ticket, one photocopy of the application form and any one of the following for photo identification: Passport/Driving License/EC Voter ID card/IT PAN card/ Aadhar Card or School/College photo-bearing ID card.
