SCHOOL LEVEL:

·RULES FOR THE DEBATE:

• A speaker can speak either in English or Hindi .
• Each speaker would be given three (3) minutes to speak.
• If a speaker crosses the limit of three minutes, he/she may face deduction of marks.
• Assistance from written manuscript may lead to adverse marking.
• While presentation if the participant is disconnected due to network problem then only 15-30 seconds shall be provided for reconnecting. After that the decision of the judges shall be final in this regard.
• In case of issue/dispute, decision of debate organizing committee shall be final.
• Decision of the judges would be final and cannot be challenged.

DRESS CODE:

All the participants are required to wear schools uniform during their presentation.
Students are expected not to reveal their identity during the presentation.  

DEGREE LEVEL:

• Each speaker would be given three and a half ( 3+ 1/2) minutes to speak.
• If a speaker crosses the limit of three and a half minutes, he/she may lose marks.
• Assistance from written manuscript may lead to adverse marking.
• While presentation if the participant is disconnected due to network glitch then only 15-30 seconds shall be provided for reconnecting. After that the decision of the judges shall be final in this regard.
• In case of issue/dispute, decision of debate organizing committee shall be final.
• Decision of the judges would be final and cannot be challenged.
