Dr. Gaurav Ahluwalia is our Alumni of Jyotirao Phule Subharti College of Physiotherapy( BPT 1999 batch).
He pursued Masters in Sports Medicine and Physiotherapy in 2005 from Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar.
He has been official Sports Physiotherapist for various National Sports Events like:-
– UP Ranji cricket team 2010 to 2011
– Swimming team 2011 to 2012
– National table tennis team 2012 to 2013
– National weightlifting team 2013 to 2014
– National men boxing team 2014
He has also been official Sports Physiotherapist at various international sports events like
– Commonwealth Games ,Scotland in 2014
– Asian games ,South Korea in 2015
– Rio Olympics in 2016
– CommonwealthGames, Australia in 2018
– Asian games ,Indonesia in 2018
He has worked as Senior Sports Physiotherapist with the National Men Boxing Team for the preparation of Tokyo Olympics 2020.
He has been a part of Netaji Subhash National Institute of Sports since 2010 where sports personalities like Neeraj Chopra and Mirabai Chanu got trained.
