A time immemorial tradition of Subharti Medical College is to welcome their first-year undergraduates & Postgraduates with a fresher’s party. It is a sincere and loving attempt of seniors to motivate their juniors and assuring them that they have a home away from home. A fresher’s party for MBBS Batch 2020 was organized by their senior batch MBBS 2019 on 12th August 2021 in Council Hall. The occasion was graced by Principal Dr. A. K. Srivastava and the heads of various departments. Dr. Srivastava told the importance of sincerity, hard work, and perseverance in college life. He also emphasized the mutual trust and affection between the seniors and juniors.
Pulsating ambiance, flashing lights, and foot-tapping music marked the day. The joy could be seen on the faces of students as the performances graced the stage. No celebration in Subharti Medical College is complete without the songs of Dr. Rahall Bansal, Professor, and Head, Community Medicine. The faculties gave blessings to the newcomers. The fresher’s party gave room to the newcomers to build a rapport with their batchmates, seniors, and faculty and become part of the Subharti family. The following students were chosen as Mr. Fresher’s:- Ankit Kumar and Miss Fresher’s:- Ananya Aggarwal. The function was followed by lunch and group photographs.
