शाम घर लौटते वक्त सड़क पर हादसे का शिकार हो गया था। दोनों पैरों और पसलियों की हड्डी बुरी तरह टूट गयी थी। मेरे परिवार के लिए वो समय बड़ी परेशानी का था, क्योंकि मैं फैक्ट्री में काम करने वाला एक आम वर्कर हूँ और मेरे पास इलाज के लिए थोड़े बहुत पैसे भी नहीं थे, और ये तो एक बड़ा ऑपरेशन था। सुभारती चैरिटी ने सारे पैसे भरकर मेरा इलाज कराया और मुझे अपाहिज होने से बचा लिया। आज इन्हीं लोगों की बदौलत मैं अपने पैरों पर खड़ा होकर फिर से काम कर पा रहा हूँ।
